Our simplest and quickest gang sheet builder.
It's as easy as, uploading your designs and telling the software the sizes and quantities needed.
The software then uses an auto nesting feature, choosing the smallest possible sheet sizes whilst arranging your designs in the most cost-effective way.
Artwork Requirements
If preferred, please send your artwork via email or wetransfer.com using our email address, info@raptorprinters.co.uk
Vector file formats preferred - PNG file formats accepted - High resolution (300 dpi or higher) Transparent background - No mirror images (our software does this automatically)

Artwork should be supplied with all fonts converted to curves.
This will ensure that fonts are not changed when files are opened in our software.

Artwork should not have any clear space around edges of artwork when saved.
This may result in incorrect sizing of artwork.

We always try to ensure artwork colours are as closely matched as possible, please provide artwork without any embedded colour profiles.
Printed DTF transfer colours may vary slightly to those shown on screen.

We recommend any thin lines or details within design elements
to be no thinner than:
White areas of design: 0.1mm - Colour areas of design: 0.35mm

Avoid using any semi transparent effects, glow effects, gradients or drop shadows around text or objects – DTF transfers will be printed with a solid white ink behind any non-transparent pixel regardless of its opacity.
